Tom leads from the front!
Although I have not known Tom for very long, his insights and contributions to my President's Advisory Board (PAB) have been significant. As a newly installed College President, I rely on this Board to give me strategic advice and unvarnished opinions on a wide variety of topics important to the College.
Tom's influence, experience, tact and diplomacy, and most of all his strategic approach have really served to inspire his fellow Board members. I am happy to recommend Tom for your next Training Session to present his thoughts on what inspirational and trusting Leadership really looks like.

Among the best in the business.
I highly recommend Tom for your corporate keynote and training needs! His personal and professional experience and knowledge will inspire and leave your audiences with valuable leadership skills to handle any situation. Tom is one of the few that has served our nation with honor, taught our youth, and has actual "hands-on" experience leading from the trenches in tough situations. His "Lead from within with Trust, Influence, and Inspiration" seminar is among the best in the business.

A unique perspective on leadership.
I have known Tom both professionally and personally for the past 35 years. I highly recommend him as a speaker or trainer for all organizations. He has a unique perspective on leadership founded in his years of service as a police officer, federal agent, and overseas deployments in high risk/high stress environments as well as his time in the private sector helping to protect our national security. His seminar uses a down to earth approach which will keep the audience engaged and provide valuable take aways for them to grow their personal leadership brand.

“Wow – did he deliver!”
I recently learned of Tom’s law enforcement and leadership experience. After talking with Tom, I saw an opportunity to help our next generation of leaders gain from his experience and insights. Wow – did he deliver! His presentation really resonated with our team – helping better understand and apply the core principles of effective leadership; effective communication, building trust and accountability among other elements Tom so effectively presented. I would highly recommend Tom to other law enforcement agencies who want to jump start leadership with the right orientation.
